The PERB is an impartial agency, it cannot and does not give advice to parties.
What are my rights as a unionized employee?
As an employee of the Government of the Virgin Islands and a member of a collective bargaining unit, you have the right to be represented by a union and to engage in collective bargaining. You also have the right to engage in lawful, concerted union activities, to have union dues deducted from your pay check, and to file an unfair labor practice charge.
What kind of cases can I file as a Government employee?
As an employee of the Government, you may be able to file an appeal of your disciplinary action or a claim of discrimination with the PERB. Please contact the PERB Offices for further assistance.
